Multivox Big Jam Delay Pedal Front & Back Views

Multivox made a whole series of effects boxes back in the early 1980s. They just couldn't
compete with the volume of Boss, MXR and a few others and quit after only a couple of years.
I bought the entire line at the NAMM show (probably in 1982) but this is the only one I can still find.

This is a truly great sounding warm and clean analog echo/reverb unit even though it's maximum
delay time is 300ms. It works best with a guitar, but is also suited for keys. It's OK for vocals
in an effects loop of a mixer, but not as good with a mic directly into it, even with a high quality
transformer.

It can run on a standard 9V battery or with the Power Adapter. The controls are easy to use
and straight-forward. The switching is quiet, quick and accurate. There's a bright bi-directional
LED, Red is effect off and Green is effect on.

The pedal is in great shape with no dings or paint chips. The box is in good shape, but one of the
corners on the top is split and is taped together (hard to see unless you look for it). It comes with
all the original literature (as shown in the pictures below). Don't go mailing in the Warranty Card, it
will probably come back as undeliverable.

The pedal is actually more purple than blue, like the color of the word Delay on the box top below.

A total steal at $150, shipping included.
